The entrance is via a footbridge that traverses the Japanese koi pond. Furniture and fixtures by top designers such as Philippe Starck line the house adding a fine touch of elegance. The master bedroom, with its raised spa bath behind the bed has wall-to-wall view of the pool. Surrounded by the large patio and beautifully manicured garden is a seductive infinity-edged swimming pool that overlooks Lions Head. The villa has back-up power.

The lounge is spacious, also open-plan dining room and terraces. Outdoor has large patios surrounding a solar heated rim flow pool, artificial grassed area with sun loungers, outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. Courtyard: Koi pond with patio, outdoor table and chairs. There is a Large screen HD 3D TV, Netflix, full DSTV, Blue ray player, JBL Bluetooth speaker.
Bedrooms:
5 Bedrooms: 3 with king size beds, 2 with queen size beds. Cotton percale linen, extra pillows and blankets available. Luggage racks.
Air-conditioning in 4 bedrooms. One bedroom has a fan. Underfloor heating is provided throughout the house. Indoor gas fireplace for those chilly evenings.
Bathrooms:
5 bathrooms: All en-suite, one with spa bath & shower, three with showers and 1 with bath and shower. Towels and beach towels provided.
