This Villa includes a large garden area and heated pool (solar power, thus weather dependant), fantastic ocean & mountain views from every bedroom, solar powered back-up system, WiFi, air-con in living and bedroom areas, access to laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer security system and a garage for 3 cars.
There is a separate and private apartment at the same address, located above the garage, but they do not have access to the villa pool or garden area (separate key) so this does not impose on your privacy. Should you wish, you may also rent the apartment, together with the 6 bedroom villa (at an additional fee), which would then make it an 8-bedroom property (Maxon Villa on our website).

Housekeeping Service
The housekeeper is included 3 days a week. If her services are required outside of her working hours, she is also available on request at an additional fee.
