The living and dining areas are an entertainer’s dream with gas barbecue and a dining table with seating for 10. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with breakfast nook and an additional informal sit-down area. It leads out to the entertainment area through sliding doors, which looks out over the terrace and small infinity pool. Air-con is only available in the bedrooms. This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device asmusic needs to be reduced by 10pm.
